Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

NOT a cut-and-dried lecture, this workshop provides overviews of editing issues that first-time novelists may be meeting for the first time. Begins with an approach to first-cut evaluation of your first draft, then addresses in broad terms participant’s current key concerns (up to 15 minutes per participant.) Likely topics include plot, structure, cutting for length, setting, character development, logic, conflict, and suspense. Handouts provide further details and information resources. Open to UP TO 6 first-time novelists who have completed first drafts.
