We have several small presses that frequent ConCarolinas, and lots of writers that want to know how to submit to them. With Bella Rosa Books adding a genre line this year, Falstaff Books coming out guns blazing, Mocha Memoirs putting out good work, and Silence in the Library making lots of good noise, this is a chance to talk to the publishers about what they're looking for, how to submit to them, and why their small press is the best.
