Many fantasy tales are based on the quest – a journey across long distance to achieve a desired goal. How should characters prepare for a quest? Can an average character even handle the physical stresses involved? If the ultimate destination is a place the character won't be welcome, how will that character arrange to get inside? Let's discuss the details of a good quest.
